Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangments have been agreed upon in writing before the service begins.

Protech provides a number of service plans for businesses. These plans generally
include regular preventive maintenance hours, regular service hours, phone
support, discounts on hardware and other products as well as other bundled
services. These plans always save money vs. the per hour rates and can help
maintain your company's computer systems and network from getting neglected

What do I need to do to arrange service?
Please call (334.524.3924) to schedule service at your convenience. All services performed will be scheduled Monday though Friday from 8am to 5pm unless circumstances are more urgently needed.
