The benefits of my service agreements include:

What to Do When You Need Service [Top]

For fast, efficient service: Obtaining service is easy: simply contact me via phone or email for person-to-person technical assistance. Customers with an active service agreement receive priority over customers who do not have a service contract.

• Be prepared to provide a full description of your problem, whether or not the problem can be replicated, what operating system you are running, and what steps you have already taken to identify the problem.
• Leave the rest to me; you're in good hands and I am committed to providing exemplary customer service.

Renewing Your Service Contract [Top]

If you are already on an active contract, currently receiving contract services, then you are fine. Your contract is auto-renewing. If you are satisfied with your current contract then it simply starts over on the 1st of every month. Remember there are many benefits to having a service contract with Me.

If you have already received a support quotation from me, simply follow these steps:

1. Review your support quotation. You may continue with the same level of service or select a different support program depending on your current needs. We also offer expanded coverage and accelerated on-site response time should our standard levels not meet your requirements.

2. Contact me for any updates or changes and to advise me of your invoicing preference (monthly, quarterly, annually, or prepaid).

3. Select the form of payment that's best for you--cash, check, or Paypal.

NETWORKING & INTERNET - Call for pricing on these items

On-Site Networking Consultation
Find out what it takes to network your home or office before purchase equipment or schedule setup.

A technician will:
- Visit your home or office to survey your networking needs
- Explain the benefits of networking your existing hardware
- Estimate additional services or hardware required

Home Network Installation
Work securely from anywhere in your network, while sharing the Internet and files between computers and printers. We’ll set up your wired/wireless router to work with your multi-computer network. Includes hardware for up to two pcs!

Network Troubleshooting and Repair
Having problems with your wireless network? We can help.

We will:
— Discover the cause of the problem
— Troubleshoot and repair your network connection

Wireless Security Setup
Did you know that most wireless networks are not secure? This means your neighbor or the next office may be able to see your files on your computer. Our technician will come to your location and help protect your existing wireless network.

Hardware and software is not included.

Network Installation
Share the Internet, printers, and files from anywhere in your home or office with a secure wireless network. A technichian will come to your location and set up or troubleshoot a two-device wired/wireless network for fast and easy multitasking.

ISP/Internet Troubleshooting

Having problems connecting to your current high-speed or dial-up service?

A technician will:

— Determine what's causing the problem
— Help you get back on line

ISP is not included.

Add Device to Existing Network
A technician will arrive to your location and setup a single device to an existing wired/wireless network.
